In the vast majority of cases the problem of a person’s excess weight can be solved through proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. The fermented milk products without sugar and harmful additives regulate metabolism and contribute to the elimination of excess weight.

Limit the use of alcohol (no more than 150 ml of dry wine per day).
Use probiotic fermented milk products without sugar and additives (you can use it with fruits and nuts).
Ensure the proper level of physical activity (a daily one-hour walk at an above-average pace is a minimum plan).
Also eat other foods, including fruits (no juice but fruits because fruits are fibrous, and they slow down fructose absorption), vegetables, meat, dairy products, cereals, even potatoes, pasta and bread (wholegrain bread is better).
But you should eat slowly, taking moderate portions. If you still feel hungry after eating, wait for 20 minutes before starting to eat additional portions. In many cases, hunger will pass because the mechanism of satiation is launched in the small intestine, and this takes time.
