As our products fall under the category of food items (starter cultures for fermented food production), they are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.

This is due to sanitary and food safety regulations, as once the product leaves our control, we cannot guarantee proper storage and transportation conditions.

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection principles, including the Consumer Protection Act, food products and perishable goods may be excluded from return policies when clearly disclosed by the seller prior to purchase.
