Why you are not able to prepare yogurt:
 
Improper preparation technology. Improper fermentation temperature, the product is cooling during ripening.
 
Defective yogurt maker or multi-cooker. It overheats or does not warm the milk.
 
Bacteriophage. Viruses settling on utensils attack certain types of the starter culture bacteria.
